I've been a Jumba customer for over two years and in that time I've seen numerous changes roll through, but I feel the quality of service has remained the same. I reckon the support and staff are tops. Even though I hardly need support, I still find the staff responsive, friendly, courteous and helpful. There were a few 'scary moments' but support explained it all in verbatim. One of the reasons I chose Jumba over other hosting providers was the guaranteed reliability of the servers.
